Spotlight - Molly Eckert

Voluforms’ newest addition to the family and our latest Spotlight employee is Molly Eckert, a 2012 graduate of Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee.  After graduating with a degree in English Literature, Molly decided to return home to southern Indiana to work as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Voluforms.  Many family friends already work at Voluforms, including her mother, Wendy Eckert, who is the Chief Operating Officer at Voluforms.  Working with mom is an interesting experience, Molly says, especially separating their business and personal relationships from each other, but it’s a beneficial experience too.

Some of Molly’s hobbies include reading and spending time with her friends and family.  She loves travelling, especially after spending 3 months studying abroad in the United Kingdom and Europe.  She even has pen pals, whom she still writes via snail mail!
Molly just started with Voluforms in early May, but already her favorite part of the day is interacting with her coworkers.  She says the best thing is being able to work together and “solve problems together as one unit.”  Molly has a bright future ahead of her at Voluforms, as well as in the local area.  She is currently considering taking a position as a volleyball coach, in addition to attending graduate school in English Literature this fall at the University of Louisville.
As Voluforms President & CEO Mike Stewart describes, “Molly has grown up in our company. We are proud to have her with us as she continues her goal of obtaining her masters degree.  Molly’s smile and intelligence makes her a pleasure to work with!”  Welcome to the family, Molly!

Spotlight - Ashley Fleming

Ashley Fleming began working with Voluforms in December of last year as a Customer Service Representative (CSR).  She came to Voluforms through connections with current employees.  Her previous experience and interest in customer service made her the perfect candidate for a job with Voluforms.
Ashley is originally from Godfrey, Illinois and attended college at Indiana University Bloomington.  Her first job was with a company that specialized in home refinancing.  One of her favorite hobbies is jewelry making.  She got started last year when she made all the jewelry for the bridesmaids in her wedding.  All the compliments encouraged her to continue making new pieces, and next month she’ll have her first opportunity to sell her jewelry at a spa day for a local church.

At Voluforms, her favorite part of the day is being able to take care of her customers.  Ashley says, “When someone needs something and is having trouble getting it, I’m able to take care of it for them.  Just today, I was able to put something together for a customer who was having trouble finding a custom option.”  She also loves working with her coworkers every day.
As Voluforms President & CEO Mike Stewart describes, “We are proud to include Ashley on our Customer Service team. Ashley’s attitude and knowledge bring confidence to our clients and makes our team stronger. She has a beautiful personality that makes working around her a pleasure.”  Glad to have you on our team, Ashley!

Spotlight - CeCe Hellman

Our latest series of blog posts will be employee spotlights, where we get to know some of the great people who work here at Voluforms!  First in our series is CeCe Hellman, who is a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Voluforms, where she began working four years ago.

Originally from New Albany, Indiana, CeCe moved to Mooresville, Indiana with her family as a teenager.  When her parents moved back to Georgetown, Indiana 13 years ago, CeCe tagged along and built her current home on an acre of their land.
Studying business, CeCe attended college at Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis.  Her first job after college was with an envelope manufacturer; eventually, she moved on in her career and ended up joining Voluforms.  CeCe loved working with Voluforms as one of her clients from her previous job, and, in her words, she was “lucky enough to come over as an employee” four years ago.
CeCe’s favorite part about being a Voluforms employee is her coworkers.  “They’re awesome,” she says, “and very supportive.  As soon as you walk in, you feel at home.”  CeCe and her coworkers enjoy spending time together outside of work.  She and a fellow CSR even walk 2.5 miles during their lunch break each day.  It’s the overall environment at Voluforms that makes each day enjoyable for CeCe.
Some of CeCe’s favorite hobbies include outdoor activities like fishing, camping, swimming, and horseback riding.  She loves her position as co-leader of the Girl Scouts at Highland Hills Middle School.  Troop 177 just recently achieved the Bronze Award, on their way to earning the Gold Award, which is comparable to the Eagle Scout Award.  Their community service includes working with younger Girl Scouts and planting a garden for the Guerin Woods Retirement Center.
Happy to have CeCe as a member of the Voluforms team, President and CEO Mike Stewart says, “CeCe is loved by our clients and our sales team.  Her skills and positive attitude make working with her a pleasure. We are very lucky to have such a great example of our company philosophy in our organization.”  Thanks for all you do, CeCe!
